If it's not a permanant and sensible change to
your eating habits, it is at best a waste of time, and at worst, a
way to gain more weight and ruin your
health.
A couple simple
guidelines for transitioning into healthy
eating:
1: Get real with your food. Wholesome
nutritious food tastes good, but often our taste buds get addicted
to processed foods and we forget what "real" food is supposed to
taste like. Pay attention to what you put in your body, read the
packet if you must eat from one, and as often as possible, prepare
your own food.
2: Food is supposed to be beautiful. The more
naturally colourful your plate is, the more nutrient dense your
meal is. Get artistic. Your never too old to play with your
food.
