Project
Freedom circuit training provides a total body workout. It's
perfect for those wanting to lose weight AND gain
strength/tone.
It's
absolutely fantastic for losing weight, because the resitance work
stimulates post workout metabolism,while the cardio work starts
burning excess calories as soon as you start moving.
Sessions are
designed for all levels, from already athletes to those just
endeavoring to be more active. There are variations of each
exercise to suit any fitness ability.
In addition,
Project Freedom circuits include movements/exercises to prevent
injury and increase flexibility. It's all well and good getting
fit, but STAYING fit and increasing everyday comfort is just as
important.
